We are happy to have a preliminary discussion at no charge to determine if our services will resolve or answer a real estate question, project feasibility, or simply a “what should we do” situation.

Management services are tailored to the individual property and client needs. All funds are held in client trust accounts with monthly accounting provided to owners. Maintenance of property is a priority with KMO, both from the living/leasing aspect and value protection perspective.
