Kerry Ann O’Halloran is best described as multi-faceted in the wealth of knowledge and services she offers to her clients. Specializing in the management of investor properties, residential and commercial, and homeowner associations, she brings a personal level of service. From the complexity of leases to HOA CC&R’s, building maintenance issues, and the myriad of relationships involved, she brings experienced leadership to the KMO management team.
Kerry Ann’s career in real estate began in 1991 leading to the beginning of Kohler Meyers O’Halloran, Inc. in 1992. She has a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of real estate and is a key member of the KMO management team. Of particular note is her understanding of townhome and condominium association documents and the knowledge she brings to the association boards on the elements key to a well-run organization.
A graduate of Sam Barlow High and Western Oregon State College, Kerry Ann is a long-time area resident and has served on the Gresham Historical Society and the Historic Downtown Gresham Business Association Boards. Always active, she likes to travel and follows sports of all kinds, adding music and the arts in her spare time.
