Mary Ann Meyers, co-owner and founder of KMO, has been in the real estate management world beginning in 1982.  Mary Ann’s specialty is in managing residential properties for investors from all over the world.  As a member of Multifamily Northwest, Mary Ann keeps abreast of the constantly changing world of statutes, rules and regulations governing residential rentals and landlord/tenants.

Year of experience give Mary Ann the skills to evaluate property rental values and in assessing conditions and renovations to maximize income potential.  Fair housing and habitability, evaluating tenant applications and enforcement of agreements are second nature to her. 

Mary Ann is a long-time community supporter, having served on the City of Gresham’s Historic Preservation Committee and as president of the Gresham Historical Society.  She is a dedicated sports fan, having grandchildren on award-winning teams in volleyball, football and baseball, and a marathon-runner daughter competing the Boston Marathon.
