SUE O’HALLORAN

Sue O’Halloran, as Principal Broker and co-founder, guides the KMO crew. Sue’s real estate career covers 40 years in all aspects of the industry. She is a leader on local and state levels, bringing insight to real estate issues and incorporating “best practices” to KMO client services. Beginning the early years in residential sales and management for investors, she moved on into commercial real estate and working with organization and government clients, such as City of Portland, Metro, Wallace Medical Concern, Cities of Gresham and Troutdale, Gresham-Barlow School District. In recent years Sue has worked in residential and commercial project development with private investors, focusing on properties in our East Metro communities. 

In recognition of Sue’s contributions to and activities in the community and real estate industry, many awards have come her way including Gresham Citizen of the Year; Oregon Assn. of Realtors Distinguished service Award; twice Oregon Council of Residential Specialist of the Year; Gresham Area Chamber of Commerce Honoree of the year, and City of Gresham Outstanding Volunteer to name a few.

Active in the Gresham Area Chamber of Commerce and East Metro Association of Realtors, each as a past president, and current President of the Center for the Arts Foundation (Gresham). Sue has established her reputation as a “go to” and “get done” business and community leader.  She also serves on the boards of Leach Botanical Gardens and Mt. Hood Community College Foundation.
